Instructions for applying temporary tattoos: 1. Select a design and cut it out, then peel off the transparent layer. 2. Place the tattoo face down on your skin. 3. Moisten the tattoo lightly using a sponge. 4. Carefully peel off the backing paper after 20-30 seconds. 5. Let the temporary tattoos air dry. To remove: Apply rubbing alcohol to the tattoo. Wait for 10 seconds, then gently rub repeatedly until it comes off.
